Outside of Personal Training, I enjoy teaching a variety of group classes including POUND, Spinning, RIPPED, Tabata, and Boot Camp.
I'm a sales rep for Zyia Active, an amazing clothing line started by two friends out of their love for fitness and wellbeing, a story I can get behind!
Prior to college, I played basketball and volleyball at Mother of Mercy High School in Cincinnati. I'm also an avid runner and enjoyed completing numerous marathons in Cincinnati, Columbus and Boston as well as several half marathons.
I've been married to my husband Chris since Dec. 31st of 2010. We have two children, two dogs and a pig!

- Certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) in personal training, and have provided expertise at both Bally Total Fitness and BEAT Personal Training before opening Fit4U.
- Graduated (w/ honors) in Physical Education from Ohio Wesleyan University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Sports Science and a minor in Psychology.
- Certified in both CPR and AED.
- Played on the Ohio Wesleyan’s Women’s Basketball team and helped to develop/administer the fitness program for the University faculty and staff.
- Helped design the summer strength and conditioning program for the Ohio Wesleyan’s Women’s Basketball team.
Pam Beil - Group Fitness Instructor
Pam has always had a love for fitness which is why she has been a Group Fitness Instructor for over 10 years.
She has instructed a wide range of classes including Pilates, Circuit, Functional Fitness, Bootcamp, Strength and Dance fitness.

Nicole Holmes - POUND Instructor
I live in Union, Ky with my husband, Ronnie. My beautiful daughter, Grace, goes to the University of Kentucky and is studying finance. I work at St Elizabeth Physicians.
I enjoy staying active and taking group fitness classes to help me keep up with my Boxer, Rupp.
I am a certified Pound instructor and love co-teaching Pound on the weekends!

I am a group fitness coach dedicated to watching my students progressively improve their strength and fitness levels week over week. I am currently pursuing my NASM certification in Personal Training and Nutrition Coaching.
By day I am a VP Director of Enterprise Transformations at a super regional bank, a proud mom of two grown boys and happy wife!
I reside in Florence with my husband, Kyle, and fur baby, Theo.
